Birthday Dinner

We prepare a monthly special dinner to honor residents who have birthdays each month and we will have a special meal just for you!

 
Get Well Meals

When a resident is under the weather and too sick to make it out of bed, we will prepare a sick tray for them - either their roommate or their RA can pick it up for them.

 
Lunch on the Go

We have a bag lunch program available for residents who may not be able to get back to UT during lunch because of their class schedule.

 
Signature Events

We prepare several special theme dinners throughout the year. Keep your eyes open for these events because you won't want to miss them!

  • Main Entrees

    Home cooked meals done right. Enjoy a variety of traditional, ethnic, and vegetarian entrees. Our experienced chefs prepare your meals fresh daily, including delicious soups made from scratch.

     

  • Gluten Free

    We have gluten free options available at every meal. Ask a Dining Staff Member to prepare one of our gluten free dishes just for you.

     

  • Grill & Quesadilla Lines

    During lunch and dinner, The Grill offers hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, french fries and more! Breakfast includes create-your-own omelets and croissant sandwiches. The Quesadilla line is fast & fresh. Choose your ingredients and pair with a choice of salsa.

     

  • Deli Line

    Made-to-order wraps or sandwiches on your choice of fresh bread. Toasted panini sandwiches are available daily.

     

  • Pizza Station

    Served fresh on pizza stones, sliced and ready for you to enjoy. We offer traditional selections like cheese and pepperoni, as well as rotating specialty pizzas such as BBQ Chicken, Margarita, and Buffalo Chicken.

     

  • Salad Bar

    We offer an extensive salad bar with a variety of freshly-prepared salads, tossed greens, fresh toppings, and salad dressings.
