PARKING INFORMATION

Parking is available for an additional fee of $450 per semester or an advance payment of $800 for the full school year. Parking availability is limited and you must have a signed lease agreement in order to complete the application process. To apply for parking at the University Towers deck, please follow these steps:

1. APPLY ONLINE. You will need your University Towers account number found on the parking application guide sent to you with the signed copies of your lease agreement. Please use the student's cell phone number and, if possible, e-mail address. When ready, click here
2. CHECK YOUR E-MAIL. Once you have submitted your parking application, an automated e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you listed on the application. Attached to this e-mail is the parking contract. Please print and complete the contract.
3. RETURN CONTRACT AND PAYMENT. Return the signed parking contract along with payment to: University Towers, 111 Friendly Dr, Raleigh, NC 27607. Checks should be made payable to: University Towers Parking Deck and include the student's account number and name in the memo line of the check. We must have your signed contract and payment before we can guarantee parking access.
4. PICK-UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT DECAL. Upon move-in, please go to the designated parking station to pick-up your parking permit decal. This decal should be permanently affixed to the front, lower left of the windshield on the driver's side.

Cancellation Policy: You may submit a written request to cancel your parking agreement at any time, but there is a cancellation fee of $100 if the request is received anytime after June 1, 2011.

Additional Conditions: The parking deck clearance is 6' 5". If your vehicle cannot meet this clearance, then we cannot honor your parking agreement. We do not provide assigned parking spaces - you may park in any available space (inside of the parking deck) that is not marked 'Reserved.' Parking in any designated space including 'Reserved' or 'Visitor' is prohibited.
